I agree whit the writer.
Japanese have a surprisingly low level of fluency in English.
We started learning English 10 years ago. But I don't speak English fluency.
I think it is good things to learn English. So, I think we have to learn English earlier than now.

I agree with the author.
Now, many people don't try to have relationship with the opposite sex.
Many boys doesn't try to understand girls' feeling.
And I heard many girl's can't understand boys' feeling.

We don't have to give a tip in Japan. So, I often forgot to give a tip.
